The warranty will only be issued if you send us the completed warranty card within 30 days after buying the product “CleanYou” or if you enrol by phone, fax or e-mail!
For the period of 2 years ex date of buy, the MZ-Produktion GmbH inherits material defects or fabrication defects within this warranty conditions.

This shower toilet is destined for cleaning the anal- and the genital area. If you use it for another aim, then damages to persons and property are excluded from warranty claims. The shower toilet CleanYou has been checked for product-safety and quality-regulation, which are needed inside of EU.

• If the damage has been caused by incorrect handling or by blemished care
• If you do changes, additional installations or if you try to repair something outside or inside the product as well as you change something at the power cable
• If the signet is absent or damaged

The liability will be dismissed at incorrect manipulations, which causes breakdowns or accidents.
Please give particular attention to infants.
If a material- or production defect arises within the period of guarantee, the MZ-Produktion GmbH will give guarantee by free reconditioning or changes the defect parts for free. More claims from buyer compared to MZ-Produktion GmbH are excluded.
With termination of guarantee period all claims of buyer from this warranty ends, also for parts which were exchanged within period of guarantee.
The lawful authorizations from warranties for defects won’t be confined with this warranty conditions.

With reconsignment of the signed warranty card the buyer accepts these warranty conditions.
